In Hinduism, The Sun is God, This is traditional way of worship of sun specially done by Gujarati person. Woman is standing in front of the Sun and giving a water which is put in small metal(Trambu) pot by such way. This is called Surya Pooja and worship the Sun.

Hindu people are doing such things in early morning before start their days, it will effect positively in mind and get energy by doing this worship the sun. Usually this is part of daily daily routine activity of Hindu.
